We are a part of erstwhile Rollwala Group. Rollawala Group was formed in 1951 by 4 Persons from different walks of life. The Group was founded by :-
Mr. Allabeli H.Rollwala- A Humble Broker of chemicals.
Mr.Surendra K.Shah-A BSC,LLB with a diploma in Tex.Chemistry.
Mr.Ashok Shah-A Commerce Student.
Mr.Chintamani B.Bhatt-A Cashier of Bank of Baroda.
They started working in a small place in Kapasia Bazar, the heart of chemical market at that time.
Soon it was found that the premises was too small and the office was shifted to Amar House, Relief road within 15 years.
The group kept the upward journey and the result was yet another shift to a larger premises, the present one in 1972.
